With over twenty five (25) years industry experience, Sam Chukwuka Onyeka is among the top leading resource persons in the insurance sector in Nigeria. He holds MBA (Insurance & Risk Management) from Enugu State University, and PhD in Law from Imo State University Owerri.

He is a fellow of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, and also holds international fellowship of National Association of Insurance Commissioners, USA. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

He voluntarily retired as Assistant Director at National Insurance Commission in 2016 to establish ISG Consulting Ltd.
